I see my mother's name make the list at #8 somehow I don't think she would be impressed. ;-) She isn't as crazy about dogs as I am. :-) Oh by the way cute dog!

My parents have a miniature dachshund that has my husband and I wrapped around her paw. We kept her for a while, so there is still a strong bond. Her name is Bonnie Lass which in Scotland means "pretty girl". Her name suits her.

Thanks for giving the Divine Miss Diva the publicity! I think Diva is a fairly popular name for dogs around here. When I was first looking for a dog on Petfinder.org and was interested in her, I found there were a number of other dogs named Diva when I searched on her name to look at her picture. Of course, once we actually met her in person we adopted her immediately! Who could resist those ears?
